Loaves and Fishes is a free meal offered to the community at the Watertown Moravian Church. We want to feed people physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually. We provide a hot, healthy meal and fellowship to those who are facing financial difficulties, to those who enjoy sharing a meal with others and to anyone for any reason that brings them in the door. The meal is served every Monday, except holidays, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Watertown Moravian Church, 510 Cole Street, Watertown.

St. Paul’s is part of the Shared Mission Group of nine churches in the city. We are currently serving 97 kids. Collecting: 16-oz can size of peaches, pears, mandarin oranges, and pineapple chunks. We always need fruit!
We also run SOS or Save our Students, which is a brief mission during June, July and August where each church collects school supplies and then they are distributed to all families in need right before school starts.

Serving a wide range of people from elderly, to singles, to young families. It is a meal of fellowship for the community. The joy of Bread and Roses is that all are welcome.
There is no sign-up nor sign-in sheet. Just come to the 10th Street entrance of Immanuel Lutheran Church, go down the elevator or stairway to the hallway which leads to the Fellowship Hall, find an empty chair at the table, and enjoy the delicious home cooked food.
There is never a request for donation from meal participants. For more details and to read about the history of how it was started at St. Paul's see: http://www.watertownimmanuel.org/bread-roses
